OMW Recruiting started as a small mentor group to high school student-athletes, and has grown to be a powerhouse in the recruiting process. With a small staff, and an emphasis on teaching the recruitment process and leverage techniques, OMWR averages 50 student-athletes being placed per semester (including transfer/JUCO athletes). Most notably, we are a FREE recruiting tool for student athletes to use and has numerous resources.
